Prestige Carpet Care are a professional carpet cleaning company based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We began running an SEO campaign for Prestige in 2008, which continues to be successful to this day. We always continually look at ways to further improve the ROI, as even the most effective campaign can be made better.
After discussing ways in which to improve their web presence, Prestige asked us to produce new designs for both their domestic and commercial websites. The existing website required a complete overhaul, as they were built quite some time ago. Crucially, the hosting in particular was providing a bad user experience due to slow loading times; unfortunately quite a common problem with budget friendly shared hosting providers. The sites are now hosted on our UK based managed hosting service, which has after six months lead to a 20% increase in conversions.
