Overview
A–Z Reliant have been supplying the catering industry and private homes with catering equipment for over 30 years. Renowned for their commitment to quality and service, they treat every order with the same care and attention, whether it’s a teaspoon or an industrial fan oven.
In 2018, they approached us to design and develop a new ecommerce WordPress website that would allow their customers to place orders online, streamline their internal processes, and improve their digital presence.
When A–Z Reliant came to us, they faced a number of challenges:

- Streamlined Workflow: Orders automatically generate customer and admin emails, while also producing a formatted file stored in an FTP folder for easy internal processing, quotation, and delivery charge adjustments.

- Royal Mail AddressNow Integration: Simplified checkout with auto-complete address capture, reducing errors and speeding up the process.
