These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the managed web hosting services (“Services”) provided by MondoHost Ltd (“MondoHost,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

MondoHost provides managed web hosting, including server provisioning, monitoring, updates, security, and backups.

Note: WordPress installation, updates, plugin/theme management, or content-related services are not included in our hosting. These are offered separately under a WordPress management service.

2. Customer Responsibilities

•You are responsible for the content, data, and applications hosted on your account.

•While we provide regular backups, we strongly recommend you maintain your own copies. MondoHost cannot be held liable for data loss or corruption.

•You must ensure your use of our Services complies with applicable laws and does not harm our systems or other customers.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services to:

•Host unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.

•Send spam or run abusive scripts.

•Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of third parties.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide a 99.9% uptime target for hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. While we take all reasonable steps to achieve this, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

5. Billing & Termination

•Services are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

•Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

•Either party may terminate Services with written notice.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Services in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for loss of business or profits arising from use of our Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
