Toast St Albans opened its doors in 2023 as a brand-new independent restaurant in the heart of the city. Quickly establishing itself as St Albans’ award-winning brunch destination, Toast offers coffee, cocktails, and – as the name suggests – all things on toast.

With a mission to support local businesses and create a cosy, informal atmosphere, Toast has become a favourite daytime spot for friends and family, combining comforting flavours with a touch of nostalgia.

As a new restaurant concept entering a competitive food and beverage market, Toast needed a strong online presence from day one.
